Refund policy

We want you to love your plants as much as we do! Because every plant is unique and living, our return policy is designed to keep things fair, simple, and sustainable.

1. Live Plants

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee within 6 hours of delivery — but we cannot be responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or transit/weather-related damages.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and healthy if:

  • You provide an unpacking video within 6 hours of the package’s arrival.

  • The package arrives without transportation or weather damage and without delay.

  • The video starts before the box is opened, showing the full unboxing process.

If these conditions are met and the plant arrives in poor condition, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note: Shipping can sometimes cause stress or minor cosmetic damage to plants — such as small leaf tears, bent stems, or minor soil displacement. These are natural and not covered by the guarantee.

During winter months, our Live Arrival Guarantee only applies to orders shipped via Express Shipping, as this ensures the shortest possible transit time and helps protect your plant from cold-weather stress.

2. Non-Plant Items

For accessories like pots, tools, or decor items:

  • You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Exclusions

Because plants are sensitive to their environment, we do not offer refunds or replacements for (unless live arrival guarantee conditions are met):

  • Plants that experience stress or damage during shipping.

  • Plants affected by weather, handling after delivery, or changes in care conditions.

  • Situations beyond our control (e.g. transit delays, temperature exposure, “acts of nature”).

5. Questions or Concerns

If something doesn’t look right with your order when it arrives, please reach out to us within 48 hours — we’re always happy to offer care advice or help troubleshoot.


Every plant is a little piece of nature. Once it leaves our care, it begins its next chapter with you — so treat it gently, and it will return the love tenfold.
