Processing & Packaging
We take great care in preparing and packaging your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition. All plants are hand-selected, watered, and carefully wrapped before shipping. For pipe cleaner flowers orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Schedule
To minimize stress on live plants during transit, we usually ship orders Monday. This prevents plants from being held over the weekend by the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via reliable carriers such as [PostNord / UPS] using express or priority services to ensure quick delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Sweden: Usually 1–3 business days (Postnord)

  • Within Europe: Usually 1–7 business days (UPS standard or Express saver)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or customs delays.

Weather Conditions
During extreme temperatures (hot or cold), we may delay shipping to protect your plants. If this happens, we will notify you by email. Optional heat packs or cold protection are available during certain seasons.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly, as plants should not sit in a mailbox or delivery locker for extended periods.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video documentation of the plants and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
